How do I get started learning English online with EasyEnglish.me?
Click on the ENROL button on our home page. Alternatively, you can watch our video that walks you through each step.
What platforms are supported? Can I use my iPhone? Which Browser is best to learn English online?
At the moment, the best experience of Easy English is with a laptop, desktop or tablet with Android. Phone & iPhones are still in development. Use Google Chrome for the best experience.
How do I know which level I am in?
Our English level test is in the system after you login for the first time. Watch our video here for instructions on how to enrol in our online English courses.
How does the timetable work in my country?
When you enrol, you must set your timezone in your settings. This way, your online English lessons timetable will look correct.
Why can't I see/ hear my teacher?
Make sure you have your camera & microphone turned on in settings. Make sure your internet connection is as good as possible. Wired connections with an ethernet cable are always best to learn English online.
I have booked an Unlimited package - can I study every online English lesson on the timetable?
No. Unlimited means studying every lesson at your level. So, Intermediate students can study all Intermediate lessons. If your teacher invites you to study at other levels, too, then great! Otherwise, please book only the lessons you are the correct level for. This is best for your learning and also the other students in the class.
Do I need a photograph for my profile?
Yes, please! It will really help us understand who is on our system and it will be much easier for your English teacher to communicate with you.
How do I work with Easyenglish.me as a partner introducing new students to learn English online?

What internet connection speed do I need to learn English online?
Recommended minimum download speed of 10Mbps & upload speed of 4Mbps.
What's the best environment to learn English online?
- Sit in a room separate from other people and close to your internet supply. Connected with an ethernet cable is always best!
- The room should be well-lit from behind your computer or laptop.
- Be ready to join your lesson on time and check your technical requirements the day before.
Do I have to book each English lesson in advance?
You can book each online English lesson up to 5 minutes before the start of the class. Please be on time! If you are late it can cause problems for your classmates.
Do I need headphones to learn English online?
You don't need headphones for our online English courses but they will always improve your experience. This makes it quieter for you so you can hear your teacher better and won't be distracted by background noises.
